FOG FM is now up and running, though the system is different than what I originally intended, its still just as...interesting... >.>

Anyway, FOG FM will work similar to the original idea, but instead of open up your media player, just go to this fancy flash site I created and have fun. You can view the Music Blog while listening in on sessions.

The current session I have recorded was made back before the playlist page was taken down so you will hear me mention some crap about that...just ignore my voice and pay attention to my words (which sounds totally odd...). Just read the dang blog and you'll know what to do to hear your favorite songs.

But enough chit-chat, I DEMAND YOU CLICK ON THIS RIDICULOUSLY LONG LINE OF TEXT ACTING AS A HYPERLICK!

I will remove the playlist when I get some feedback in this thread on how such an awesome DJ I am.....I mean...... >.>

Really, this is great! I had to scroll the page to read the entire music blog section, but it wasn't a big deal.

How to get music from your computer to my station:

If you have a ton of music files just sitting around in your itunes, then you can easily upload the mp3 file to the internet. Try using some simple hosting sites, like Box.net, MegaUpload.com, or whatever. Once your file is uploaded, send me the link. Try to refrain from announcing your link to the entire world, cause the FBI will knock on your door and tell you to take that shit down cause Jay Lo's all pissed u been sellin' her booty. xD

I'll take the file and add it to my mix. Don't worry if its not .mp3. I have an audio file converter packed into my mixer so I can whip up a clean mp3 file in seconds.

For those wondering, the second song in the test session was "I Guess You're Right" by The Posies' 2005 album "Every Kind of Light".

Okay, so its not the entire one-hour that I was hoping to get too....my stomach got in the way. But its still a good first session (I think). Go to the site HERE and tune it. The session is broken up into 7 parts.

I actually love listening to your shows. Maybe I'm a dork, but I love music...a lot. So it's always interesting to see what you're going to put in.

Love the Alanis Morisette by the way, never heard this song. And AIN'T IS TOO A WORD! Lol. Bootylicious however...my skepticism is adamant as I doubt that I will actually EVER use that word in a given sentence. Unless I'm drunk and it's unintelligible.

If you haven't noticed, I'm pretty much commenting as the session goes along, yay LP! I used to be like the biggest LP fan, like I would totally get on their site boards and just troll people. Yeah, I know hard to believe that I could ever be a troll.

I think what you may be hearing is the stylizing he emphasizes every now and then. I mean it doesn't sound like his gargling water but when people sing, their Adam's apple can be made to move up and down into what's called vibrato. It's often more difficult to achieve for men I do believe so maybe he's having problems or something. I only know this because I've played the trumpet for like my entire life and that was one of the techniques I LOVED using, because for slow paced songs it makes it sound so much...prettier.

But I honestly do BELIEVE that that is what you're hearing.

Oh, my heart goes out to everyone who fails to see that this is the MOST EPIC SONG EVER! 'Freebird' is probably one of the ONLY songs I ever really liked in school. Another band geek thing, we played this song ALL THE TIME and there was this wicked awesome trumpet solo at the beginning so of course I know what I'm talking about. Ok maybe it wasn't entirely wicked awesome...but it was always fun to play!

Yeah, ok...um...have to say that when you say 'Avatar' it sounds like 'Avatard.' LMAO. And yay trance music! It's ok if you never make the hour mark...we still love you.

Anyway, now that I've totally dorked out for all of you...I'm gonna go and try to find where exactly I happened to put my life, and attempt to rez it.

RPR

RPR (Roleplay Report) is a special segment in the session where I talk about two of FOG's roleplays. One is from Casual, the other from Advanced. However, I won't just choose these RPs at random. You have to submit them to me.

I'll then select from the list of RPs sent in to me. The RP does not have to be yours; it can be anyone you are participating in, or just like to read. When you send me the request, it should be formatted as so:

Subject of PM: Roleplay Report

Message Body:

-Title of Roleplay
-Section of Roleplay (Casual or Advanced)
-Original Author (if you are the author, then just repeat your username)
-Description/Synopsis of the roleplay
-List of the other players involved

While I'm working on the next session....and waiting for Sighlent to give me a call (CALL ME TOOTS! xD), I'll be accepting any RPRs. In fact, I'll always accept them. Build me up a database so I can constantly pull from it. If you're RP isn't pulled from the database then keep sending me an update. If you are updating me with the latest juice from your RP, then your chances of hearing your RP in the next RPR will be greater! Microsoft Access can be so much fun! (<---random)

Aw, you played the new LP song! I have to say when I first heard this I was really in a rut - depressed wise - and it totally rezzed me. I had just moved from home out here to VA and me and my hubby were constantly fighting. Life's to short to live within regrets. But yeah...enough of my sad story...back to the music.

Nice to know by the way, that our dearest DJ has a soft side too. One thing about most radio's like this is that they DON'T play slow songs. Don't ask me why. Me and my hubby could so dance to this at our wedding...once and if we actually have one.

Lady GaGa is my drinking music FYI. Let's just say...bunch of girls in bathing suits. Some 1800. And Lady GaGa makes for one hell of a party. Some of the greatest moments in my life had Lady GaGa playing in the background. Like my 3 year old niece, every time she would get in my car she would demand 'Pokerface' and everytime she would sing it! It's amazing what that little girl can remember, and that song is one of them! She used to have a fetish for Linkin Park but well....you know how girls are. Indecisive.

Nice. I haven't heard this song in a long good while. I've actually got to blame my parents for listening to music like this. When we were young when we were in the car, this is ALL we listened to, right up till we were 18 and even then I still personally listened to it.
