I'm horrible with poems! For school, however, I had to write one about a book I read so I picked up some random martial arts book from the library. This is the product:

Welcome to the mad, mad world that is my mind. I find a lot of myself goes into my writing particularly the dark stuff. I think its my way of working it out with myself so people don't have to put up with it. I'm a pretty cheery guy outside of my writing so its got to go somewhere.

On a more pleasant note: I'm really excited to post some of my work and trade ideas and network with kindred spirits or folks with a different perspective cuz that's how you grow right? Looking through different perspectives.

Banished from the garden
fall from paradise to rough reality

Hit the ground running, taking strife in stride.
forge a road to tread with worn hands.
A broken man, lost woman, left to their own devices to find a way to stay breathing in crowded air.

Time falls hard, passes cold, complex.
New worries every day,
unstable emotions in the way
purity quickly fades.

Livin' hard, loving tender
perfect company, broken dreams

Writers Block, I suffer from it dayly. Whether it's just that no ideas are coming forth into my head, or no words are spilling onto the random peices of paper that cover my room. The only one gaining anything good from my suffering is my cat, Chocolate Mix. She much rather perfers a peice of paper to poke holes into than a catnip mouse or a string.

A New Beginning:

Unfortunately, I let the Iridian Project fall to the side. Fortunately, I've decided to begin it again.

The original project was too much of a copycat of other works for me to truly enjoy it, anyway, so now I'm beginning totally from scratch... Except, I'm keeping the name. Anyway, I'll post most the basic information again.

Well....I don't really know how to start this. Although I have been writing semi-seriously for more than a year now, I've never tackled the challenge of actually having a blog. The reasons for this I cannot really explain. Sure, I've read blogs, I've seen blogs, I've laughed my ass off while browsing blogs...but the thing is, I never understood them. Why do people write blogs? Is it some urge to share ideas? To listen to their own voice, in a way? To get the illusion that someone actually cares about their views? Or simply a good way to vent, to blow some steam? Who knows, I suspect it is a mix...

Well, there isn't much to mention perhaps, but I find it soothing sometimes to just... write down whatever comes to mind. I don't know, I often find it difficult to just tell people stuff, as I always feel misunderstood, maybe on completely wrong grounds. Or that people won't listen to me. It learns you to just shut up. But my brain and my thoughts never lay low. And perhaps therefor it's sometimes nice to be able to - as anonymous as you are right here, or perhaps as I am, as I don't know about others - just trust your words to this virtual reality where perhaps no one really cares, but at least...

so I've never really had a chance or tried blogging, so I thought I'd give it a try. It might be a chance to clear things up for myself. So here goes

A place for me to just talk about my life, my writing, whatever I really feel like at the moment; basically, what this is starts with that aspect and will grow as I add more to it. Feel free to write whatever you want, as well, because that's what I'll be doing.

I'm not calling myself on an expert on the subject of love, but over the last couple of months I've been writing my own little musings on the subject. Perhaps it was the loss of an almost three-year relationship that spurred me to this. Perhaps it was something more than that, or perhaps it is just my inner blogger crashing head-on with my inner hopeless romantic to create something more.

Kinda like a Reese's cup with a Philip DeFranco shell and a Nicholas Sparks center...or something like that >.>

So... my first blog here. I was never really concerned about being intellectual or having a neat writing style when it comes to blogging. I just write what I think. It's a damn blog, after all, not some Oxford essay. Wave Goodbye, The final goodbye...

I guess this will be somewhat of a journal. You'll get to see abstract thoughts, stories and commentaries from some thirteen year-old kid. Yeah, I know. I'm lame.

Anyways comments and critique is always welcomed!

I just have to wonder if I'm the only one who's ever looked at a picture or album of pictures and had the innocent ruined by a back story I know... It just feels weird, especially when my mind starts picking up on things I wouldn't have imagined.

I have these two friends, one a rather flirty hetero(A) and the others a rather eccentric I don't know what the hell (B) and I just saw some pictures of them. A's already told me that B has hit on...

Much consideration aside, I've decided to post a library of some of my works in here as well as the occasional ooc post. Here they be!

Here are and will be contained the spontaneous expressions of myself. Poetry created in the spur of the moment by some strange mixture of atmosphere and emotion, written in raw, unedited words. Read if you wish, reply if you so desire, but don't ask if or when more might come, for I don't even know myself.

So, never has I ever done a thing like this before. I suppose I'm suppose to write something witty here everyday, about my life, but that would be pretty boring. First thing first, please feel free to comment on anything I write here. I intend to write short blurbs here daily to expand my writing, now that I have finally decided to get serious about my career. Also expect much weirdness to come out of this place, as I prepare to bust down all the walls of my psyche, and release the full potential of my imagination.

Abandon faith, all yea who dare read further.

This will make things easier for me. This isn't for your eyes, though i won't be upset if i have comments or anything from time to time. I will be using this as a stream of consciousness, and a little bit of a personal blog.

This is so much more easy, considering the dark tones and the light text [SOOOO much easier on the eyes]. Not to mention i'm usually down for feedback from other people. Though if you're coming here to criticize[blatantly or otherwise], respond sarcastically, or provide your opinion that will not take this thread anywhere, i will in fact be completely ignoring you....

I've decided that there is to much left untold about my life. I've told various aspects, shared my feelings on many things, but there seems to be something else I can share with this thread.
