They come in looking for stuff to treat things they wouldn't bother with at home...ANNOYING.

Although we do get some interesting ones. Like a little boy who was swimming in a rock pool and thought he swam through some film and it wrapped around his leg. Then his legs blistered. So me and my boss went and found it (we both Kayak) and it turned out it was a broken of tentacle from a tiger mane jelly fish. The stingers are still active even if it becomes detached from the body >.<

I'm fairly certain that two more people voicing interest in making two new characters after it was said that too many more characters may make the role play too complicated means it's full.
