Post One Random Fact About You!

I, honestly, don’t get scared when watching any horror films. I haven’t for a very long time. This is probably due to the fact I used to crawl to the edge of my bedroom and watch the numerous horror films my mother would watch very late at night when I was a young child. They used to, occasionally, give me nightmares back then. Anymore though, I either revel in them or make fun of the ridiculousness of it. Of course, most horror is the latter. Only obscure and foreign horror is truly awesome. Also, dreams that normally are considered nightmares by most people intrigue me.

I wonder what YOUR nightmares are like, then!

Fact!
There are only two nightmares I've ever had that I remember, and those happened when I was quite young. First one was of grayish-green humanoid horned monsters in our backyard; I was trying to get inside the door but no matter how much I moved toward it I couldn't reach it. Other one was of me searching for a teddy bear high on a shelf in Costco. It was another one of those 'can't reach it no matter how much you try' dreams. I forget how old I was; must've been around 8 or 9.
And that's it; those are the only two dreams I've had that can really be called "nightmares." At least that I remember.

I really really really should start a dream journal.

Hm... let's see. I have 10 piercings, 5 in each ear. Two of them are gauged to a size 6. Four of them a friend pierced for me at school with just a blunt earring.

I have never been able to solve a Rubik's Cube. I suppose I could if I reeeeeally tried, but I think I'm too lazy.

Hmm.
If I am really determined, there is nothing that can stop me from keep true love together.
(example; my friends constantly have relationship problems, but I always try to help both parties out and sit them down together, to figure out what the problem is. Even in my own relationship, I fight as hard as I can to make sure that everything stays calm, and that we don't end up splitting over something incredibly stupid. )

This is weird, but, when I was little (like 4) I used to think it was cool to have dirty fingernails, because there were three colors instead of two.

I have a hand made of wax. I made it by submerging my hand in wax about 30 times! The first ten times hurt a lot, but after that it wasn't too bad.

Sometimes, when reading the Bible, I'll get these awesome ideas for fantasy settings or characters or events. Examples: breaking the Staff of Bread. Just imagine that in a fantasy setting. And then there's the Pestilence that Walketh in Darkness. It makes me think of a shade / necromancer. xD

I am a boxer-briefs kind of man. Snug, yet comfortable.

Fact: My eyes turn green when I get angry... kinda like the Hulk I guess.

My favorite food actually happens to be canned soup; Cream of Mushroom. The generic kind. o:

I hate celery. Hate hate hate hate. The ONLY way I like it is with peanut butter. It's paaaasssable plain. If it's in anything, though... ICK!
Same with carrots. I like 'em uncooked and plain, but that's the ONLY way.

Fact: I like to sing out loud...a lot. Whether it is to a song, or just making up crap on my own, I'm singing my heart out...

My hair has taken on a red tint for no reason at all.

True Facts.

Fact: I think romance is a dying art, and people too easily say "I love you" these days.... even if we all want to hear it.

Fact: I am a huge fan of the television show LOST.

I might have already mentioned this one, but I'm too lazy to go back and check.

My two thumbs are quite different. The left one sticks out more at the base, making it look like my left hand is bigger than my right. It's odd.
It works good for doing that thing with fist puppets, though, 'cause I get to have two completely different characters.

If Squaresoft were to remake Final Fantasy VII for the PlayStation 3 (or 4), I would be totally sold. For that game alone. Otherwise, I will probably never buy a PlayStation. I don't know why, but 12 years after the release of the game, it is still one of my all-time favorites...

I am nervous as hell when flying commercial (....fine I'm scared shit less) but when I flew with one of my uncles I had the greatest time ever.

I know weird.....

Fact: I believe that the improper teaching of the Subject of History is one of the many direct causes to the deterioration of American society and leads to me referring to the general populace of America as stupid. So many things are a direct cause of our actions and the lack of proper study of the causes of actions taken years ago causes us to continue to repeat the same mistakes instead of progressing forward. Ok I will get off the soap box now.

Also because of false or skewed versions of historical events.
And events omitted altogether.

I don't really get nosebleeds. This one time at Laser Quest I banged my nose really hard, (it hurt sum'm AWFUL), but there was barely a drop of blood. *shrug*

Fact: I wasn't really into watching sports until two years ago. I grew up watching when my parents did but a few years ago I actually went out of my way to watch games, especially during the post season of the Red Wings. Of course I am posting this while watching a Tigers game.
