I'm not sure if I should call Raptor's post for near god-modding. Ok, want the reasons? He slowed down to the point that everything was just moving at the most minimalist of paces, then "viciously slashed downward" and "struck" something without Hatter being able to defend himself.....

I left it up to you what hatter did about the attack.

I slowed down time then once I was close let it go back to normal so as not to god mod.

No god mod was involved.
