That video made me feel all warm and fuzzy. I want some free hugs! I'm a huge fan of hugs, and I haven't been getting nearly enough since I started grad school . And this is a week where I could really use some.

This is our new kitten who we have named : Sparta.
Indeed after the Mean Kitty song, Sparta likes to bite me. How ever he cuddles with Chelsea all the time. Im jealous.

Kathryn: I want to do a pin-up shoot SO bad! But unfortunately, I haven't the ability (as both the photographer and model), the costume, or the hair to do so. My hair barely stays in a pony tail without sliding out. :S

Sigh... I totally get that. I have this picture of me that's kind of innocent 40's-ish, and I tried to wear my hair that way to work, but the pins started slipping almost as soon as I got there. It was so depressing. I would totally rock that hairstyle more often if my hair could handle it. I even used a bunch of mousse to texturize it, and it didn't work. Fine hair is such a bitch with which to work.

Then again I could always opt to just putting this giant ass bow on the top fo the back of my head. XD

Oh and there was also this picture, but I didn't really like it at first but the more I looked at it the more I liked it...in a weird way. XD

Daww thank you Raven!!!! But seriously because my hair is so fine it just kept sliding out of my hair. Needless to say, even though I love the look, I am incapable of wearing hats in public. That and the fact that I have freakish elf ears. I'm not even kidding. Middle Earth would have loved me, and I would have loved Legolas. Forever. XD

I want to naturally have elven ears. ^;_;^

Trust me Kathryn I STILL get made fun of for them. They're not that great.
