I fear no man because I find to fear a useless tool. I have found the part of the brain that induces fear and I took it out. A long time ago.

You could simply volunteer yourself safely to my operations. We'll strap you up nicely and make you comfortable. Don't worry the anesthetic will help ease the burden of losing a few organs or so.
