Mermaidssss

OOC Thread, here!


This topic was actually inspired by an RP on my home forum that's super awesome but moving super slow. Ya'll know how that goes. =D

This is just an interest check to bat some ideas around. I don't really want to do the exact same thing, and I have this habit of starting RPs with like no sense of direction.

Idea: In the awesome RP that has mermaids on the other forum, the era is like, Final Fantasy, and it's this scientist that goes to some islands to talk to some mermaids with bright pretty colors. And there's a BAD mermaid! And then they have a meeting. And that's as far as it's gotten. I want to do something more steampunk, with airship pirates (that are the only airship pirates) and mermaid pirates and maybe a group of innocent humans with cool goggles that go to see the mermaids and ask them questions about what they eat and what whales eat and what fish eat.

You guys are smart, throw me an idea. I won't yell at you. =D

MERMAIDS! I HAVE ALWAYS WANTED TO DO AN RP WITH MERMAIDS OMG. Have you been able to develop anything more story-wise or plot-wise? I'm very interested in having a mermaid character (if that'd be allowed).

I don't know much about mermaids, but I DO know about steampunk - and airship pirates!

Sounds to me like you've got the makings of a sweet plot. Sign me up!

So far as mermaid plot goes, ahhh... Noooothing more developed, not really, cause there was nobody for a long time... You could probably be a mermaid pirate, if you wanted! =)
