Sunwolf, the sniper rifle is gone. I traded it in for a crossbow. The reasons behind this are: I wanted to be a part of the same era as Kalon, and I have an understandable ((if one knows my story)) hatred of guns.

I find it peculiar, Kathryn, that you corrected Sin's little mishap but completely ignored the incorrect punctuation in all of Rigi's posts.

Oh, and I'm fairly certain that you only need a single opening and closing parenthesis, as opposed to two.

I realize I'm late, but since Kathryn tends to dig up old introductions anyway, I figured I should post a welcome, as well. This way, I'm not the necromancer, but still benefit from being able to greet a new user to the forums!

As Sin stated before, we love the spunky and charismatic types around here, so I'm sure you'll fit right in. If you're feeling up to it, you could even visit the chat room (by following the link at the top of the page) where you can get to know the other users of the site without the tedium of back and forth posting. The chat room isn't particularly active at the moment, but with energetic users around to keep the flow of conversation going, who knows when it will start livening up?!

I've decided not to correct the grammar and spelling within a person's first introduction post. I've received enough flak for doing it that I've decided to wait until they immerse themselves a little more. This only applies to new users. I still reserve the right to correct the grammar of the greeters. ^^_^^

Indeed, I can imagine Kathryn throwing a child off a cliff for misspelling a word. "Improper grammar is a weakness! Weakness cannot be tolerated!" I can even foresee her arming the children with spears and forcing them to compete in a spelling bee to the death!
