Gender Identifiers [Fixed]

Did Fate come back and change the word that declared the gender of each member to an icon?

I'm not sure I'm really liking it... It isn't as smooth and professional looking as the rest of the site, and it's way easier - for me, at least - to identify genders with a word rather than the tiny, pixelly icons that have replaced them.

Haha, and don't get me started on gender vs. sex!

Yeah, I noticed it myself. With the implementation of the theme-changer, a lot of the changes made by Fate or Axiom have been reverted to the forum defaults. So, I've been trying to go around and correct them little by little, but since Agenda and Dion are the only ones who really know what will and won't mess with the theme-changer's functionality, I'm sort of working on unstable footing.

Long story short, it'll get fixed, even if it means doing away with the theme-changer all together and reverting to the previous theme.

Ah, okay. that makes sense. I had completely forgotten about the implementation of the theme changer.

What were other things that changed? The gender icons were the only thing I noticed with the exception of the buttons under each person's name/avatar in their posts.

The posting field was narrowed - apparently by about 10% - and some of the moderation icons were reset to their default values. A bit of the formatting was also either altered or reset, but we're working on getting everything up to par.

Well, that's good. I hope you make good progress, but I don't mean that in a you-had-better-get-it-done-instantly way. No pressure.

I apologize for the apparent mess and unprofessionalism that the changer is causing. Weiss and I are working together live (right now) on solving as much as we can.

It seems back to normal now.
