I free handed this from the cover of Superman/Batman #8.
Michael Turner was a big source of inspiration for me and a lot of my art is based off of his original works.

Awesome work! Are the first two freehanded ink on paper or did you use a program? The details of the wings in your third are just wonderful, and the lighting adds so much! I am jealous of your abilities!

Thank you! They were sketched and inked on paper, scanned in, and then the ink lines were turned solid black and the background solid white.

I'm sure there are patterns out there somewhere, but I couldn't find 'em, and I'm too cheep to go buy them even if I happened to find them, and I don't have a printer. =/

Since it has been near a year since my last post in here, a small art overload.
Kensou Ryushido - A character commissioned by my cousin for a Bleach Rp.

That sword is pretty sweet!
Seems like it'd tend to have specialized uses, like fighting lizardmen or something.
