chapter 1:
Everything was a complete shade of gray. She felt alone, but she knew she wasn't. The voices/screams continued in her mind; a terror she had was not waking up the next morning. The fear of death was released all over her. It wasn't unusual. The thoughts that have continued through her mind were overlapping/driving her crazy. That was normal though. Although, everyone tried to figure out if she was crazy, or if she was just seeking attention.
If she were seeking attention; she'd probably do a better job at it. She knew everything was real, but no one would believe her--which was typical.
It was the darkness of the place that drew her near-- the voices whispering unpleasant thoughts in her head.
It wasn't that she didn't want to listen to them; no wait--she really didn't want too.
Screams of terror...
