Hello, I am lonewalker. I'm new here (obviously), and wanted to introduce myself properly. I'm not sure how much role playing I'll be doing, and may spend more time in the written works section, but who can ever really tell?
I guess I'm supposed to tell you more about myself, but what can I really say? I can describe the world, but not myself. Anyways, you'll probably know what you wish in due time.

I have that same issue, I can describe to you anything in the world, but when it comes to myself; Well atleast with me, I sometimes don't know. XD
My eyes peer the world and i study the world, learning everything I can from it. If it be just from the sights I may see to the knowledge I gain. But eh xD
I will be looking forward to any work you are willing to share! And I am sure you will fit in just perfectly. Glad to have you among us

Thanks, Riekan. I am the same way, but at the moment, I'm forced to take in far more knowledge than I wished to gain in a short period of time *sigh*
And what's worse, I'm in a place filled with a ton of brains and intelligence, but the people here are all science/math people, mostly with NO appreciation of written word, besides log taking. If anything, spelling/grammar of my peers here is WORSE than back in high school. And they treat it as if it doesn't matter, since it isn't based on studies and mathematical equations.

Welcome to FOG, Lonewalker! Please let me assure you that everyone here has the utmost appreciation for the written word and the art of storytelling. I just graduated college as a biology major, so I know how you feel about people not caring much about writing. In my department, it was all scientific papers and research notebooks. Well, we have quite a few talented digital artists who can equip you with such wondrous things as sigs and avatars. Weiss made my set, but he hasn't been around as much lately. Sighlent has a request thread in the art forums, and she makes gorgeous sigs and avatars. If you're more into character portraits, check out Kalon's portrait studio. Hope that helps!

I hate to disappoint you quaker, but there's no poor soul here. In fact, no soul at all. I'm a vampire, and a ginger, and at least one of those is correct about the lack of souls.

I am sorry to not have a soul of my own, but I never said I didn't have any souls in my possession. Just that none are mine by birth or whatever.
And yes, walking in fog and mist is quite fun, albeit a bit spooky. Side note- streaking is best done in the fog. Not only does it add to the surprise of those who see you, it feels nice too.
