So I have quite a habit of singing and when I actually feel like covering a song I record it. Vocaroo is the site I do it on and basically it lets you make audio recordings and link them to people so they can hear them. All my covers are A Capella because I can't do anything but sing and a few of the covers have religious influence. Also, the site has no volume control so you may wanna turn your speakers down.
