This is all about fun. If you can only post once a week, that is fine. As long as you don't leave anybody hanging, you can post whenever you like. There is also no post length limit. The existence of the Summoner is. However, you answered my question quite well without even realizing it...tricky little minx. The summoner could be from a previous time of the weak veil.

I also would have accepted the theory/hypothesis that the Banshee was Summoned, not Conjured. Therefore, his existence is not tied to a creator, rather his will. With the death of his captor, especially if he ate him, he was set free and the link to the other summoned creatures could have been transferred.

I am working on making my character, I have to detail the race

Race: Rallik is of the Ancient Ones. The last of them. The Ancients were a group of humans who stumbled upon the Central realm hundreds of years ago. There were only a few of them even then perhaps 50 or so who actually discovered it. When they arrived they like any other race that was not native were able to use magic. Using their magic to go on living for millennia however caused their magic to fade slowly as they began to become immune to it themselves. Some of them killed themselves rather then lose the magic others sought ways to hold onto it. Rallik found one of the more effective methods of doing so. By taking what was left of his dwindling magic and giving the power to several artifacts he was able to keep some vestiges of his power. The last of his fellows died several hundred years ago when consumed by a summoned creature. With magic mostly gone he sought to use other methods to preserve his life and gradually through use of dark alchemy and a fanatical will to endure he became what he is now. Known widely as the last true practitioner of magic left in the central realm he charges exorbitant fees to those who wish aid and will likely view these intruders as a threat to his position.

His magics are limited to several staffs, an enchanted alchemical set, a far viewing crystal, and a book of spells that still work. One of the staffs can control fire, the other can control and summon ice. The alchemy is self explanator and the book of spells is mostly minor things, such as healing minor wounds and such.

Dax, I would rather the dragons stay in dragon form. If you have to change, I won't be happy, but I wont necessarily seek out your character/beast to kill it, either. Necessarily.
