I follow what you're saying. Although AJAX is a bit beyond my coding knowledge, I'm sure that would be something that's possible if we had complete control over the files for this forum. We just pay for the domain, not the hosting of the forum. Unfortunately, we're limited in what we can customize beyond the built in options, sorry

Yeah I think it might work a little better if the dice rolled BEFORE your post.

But if'n it's a problem you can always type (Dice Roll) in your post, then post your IC post afterwards. Perhaps then deleting the (Dice Roll) post. I know that's quite a lot of work to do for a post but hey! Whatever works right?

How do you dice role?

When making a reply with the "Post Reply" button (in other words, using the full Reply page, rather than using the Quick Reply box at the bottom of the topic), there is an option beneath the Preview and Send buttons called DICE ROLL. Simply select the type of die you wish to roll using the drop down box. Six-, ten- and twenty-sided dice can be used. Then, in the character entry box to the right, input the number of times you want to roll that die by clicking within the box and entering a whole number (1, 2, 3, 4, etc.).

You can also roll multiple dice (a six-sided die and a ten-sided die) by clicking the [+] button to the right of the character entry box, which will add a new line for subsequent dice rolls.
