Looking good as always ladies. Sadly my halloween didn't go as planned so there will be an epic Zombie ambush of the next town sometime this weekend. :brains:

You got hurt in those boots? They're like... low heeled, though? Mine are wedge-heeled, but they're pretty high, so they were pretty intensely killer. By the time I got off work, my feet hurt so badly that I couldn't go to the costume party I'd wanted to attend with my friend. My feet were still feeling sore the entirety of the next day, so I only wore the boots for the video and for the full-bodied pictures I took.

Thanks. I'm really hoping to carve Katara as the Painted Lady and the Blue Spirit into one pumpkin if I can. It'll take some practice and skill to get it down, but it would totally be worth it. If I can't do it, I may just have to satisfy myself with carving Tui and La. =3

I think already told you that I love your costume on Facebook, but I'll tell you again on FoG how awesome it is. You look so lovely in that!

Thanks everybody! The pumpkin is supposed to be Jack Skellington. Usually I am not so patient with such things, but I've had more time on my hands this year.

Fate that is a cute gypsy costume, I think your legs are fine but I also hate showing my legs so I understand what you mean. I sadly don't have any pictures of myself on halloween, my dad has them and I don't know when he'll get around to posting them on his facebook. They day before halloween I dressed like a pirate and took a picture with Taeo, I need to scan it so I may show you all. I promise I'll get to it!

Sighlent, hahahah I'm glad you liked it. I think the only person who saw it who didn't this it was funny was my boyfriend. Then again, it's hard to read tones through text, so I'm not sure if he was just messing with me or not.

Fate, I think you looked lovely in your costume! Personally, I can't imagine ever thinking you look fat in anything, but I know what you mean about costumes that show off all your legs. I have trouble finding costumes that aren't indecently short since I'm so tall. A costume will look fine in a picture, but on me it's practically indecent exposure. I'm sorry the boots hurt your feet, but if it's any consolation, they were really cute. And you and your boyfriend are adorable together!

It looks like everyone had a spectacular Halloween. I didn't carve a pumpkin this year. I wish I would have though. :[

Me and my wench! She was so upset. She ordered a really pretty pirate lady dress that was long a flowing, but they shipped her the wrong size and she had to send it back, and the one they said would be one day shipping didnt come until yesterday o.O

sooooo we had to buy that one day of the party. She still looks amazing

Danger, aw, thanks. Yeah. I always try to pick something that goes all right with my colouring. I refuse to dye my hair, so I'm forced to choose things that are blond-friendly. Those things are very sadly very few. It's disappointing. Dark hair reigns supreme. =3

Oh man... I would have been insanely upset, too, if that had happened to me. I had a pretty hard time finding the costume I wore in my size. They had every size except medium almost everywhere I looked. Hell, a couple of places that claimed to have my size had to email me and say, "Uh... Sorry. We had an inventory blip. We no longer have your size." I was afraid that I wouldn't get it in time, but I was lucky.

I think you two should dress up again, this time with her in her proper costume, to take pictures. I'm sure it'll make her feel better about not having had it in time.

Kathryn, that's so terrible about not being able to attend the costume party after work because your feet hurt so bad! I'm sorry. My boots didn't hurt me in a very typical way. They just have this huge wedge that makes them weigh a ton, and since we were out walking (very fast because of how freaking freezing it was, I might add), it hurt my shin muscles. They aches pretty bad for the next day too, like your poor feet. Oh, the ways we women suffer lol.

Fate, aw, yeah. It sucked, but it couldn't be helped. I'm not super upset about it, though. I mean, I'm sad about it, but it wasn't a vital part of my happiness that I go. It was just something fun I could have done had my feet been okay with it.

Oh, yeah. That sucks. I have these really heavy wedge-heeled snow boots, so I get what you mean. Except... usually it's my calves that hurt along with my feet by the time I'm done with them. XD

We just have to remember that beauty is pain. XD

Yeah, I know! I'm really excited for when I move to Utah to live with my boyfriend because she promised to teach me how to do this when I live there. She lives in the same city as him and everything.

I actually stole the idea for the braids right from Sighlent's Kalon-created avatar. I loved the way it looked, and I wanted to try something similar for myself.

I would totally love to be in one of the Avatar movies even though it was hugely disappointing to me when I watched it. XD However, blond people don't exist in either the cartoon or the live-action Avatard universe, and I'm not willing to dye my hair. ^;_;^ The closest they ever came to blond was Yue's white hair, and she didn't become a waterbender until she was reincarnated as the Moon.

So, my extraordinarily late pictures of halloween.



From left to right: Brother LJ: Vault Scientist, Brother Josh: Ghoul, Dad: Shaun, Then Silvone and I dressed as vault boy and sadist raider (yea, mine sucked...) and of course Taeo as a shark.

I did the ghoul make up but unfortunately the fake skin was recalled so I had to work without prosthetics. Came out pretty cool though.
