Thank you both so much. Truth be told, I was actually very nervous about joining this site. I don't have much confidence in my abilities just yet. I'm sure I will have plenty of questions as I go along. But I'm going to pluck up the courage that made me sign up in the first place and give it a go!

I left my soul in a box, so I'm pretty sure it's safe from nibbling for now. Well, not many people in my life think my writing is anything special, so I usually base my opinions on that. But, I'm working on my self confidence! With a hammer and some rusty nails.

And let me remind you that it was Plague, not I, that ate Dawn's soul. I just nibble a little. Besides, Plague went out of order! We're not just your normal run-of-the-mill soul eaters. We have a whole system when it comes to Soul Haunting! Maybe we should get Kalon over here to re-explain our detailed protocol to those who have since forgotten.

Yes, he did, but heeee replaced it. Sometimes you just have to shoo them right away, these soul nibblers.

Also, pandas might be really cute and like a symbol of peace and all, but they'd eat your face off without thinking. Have a panda soul is actually kind of badass.

I come in with SoulBiting right before the SoulStealing.

SoulEating doesn't come until later, after a long period of SoulSucking. Besides, Research & Development is thinking of adding a SoulTickling department somewhere before the meatier stuff starts.
SoulDevouring comes into play after a good while, and by then they'll have means of fighting back, which makes things more fun. ^^ Anyway, we don't do that if we give the soul back after the SoulStealing.
If she gets her soul back, we're not supposed to eat it, remember? She gets to choose a department to join. And that decision isn't made until AFTER procedure is followed. ^^
