Art Request for a City-Scape

I am looking for an artist to do a drawing for me. I am having some trouble imagining a particular city that I am writing about in my book. The layout and location of the city have slightly changed over time, though there are a few things that have remained constant. Anyway, I was just wondering if there was anyone here who was willing and able to draw a city. I am, of course, willing to pay for the effort. I would hate to ask for someone to work for free, especially for what I am asking.

Anyway, if anyone is interested in this, let me know and I will PM the details of what I am looking for.
