Bram: Hunt for the Irinen OOC

Kathryn, I think I'm going to wait to post from James' perspective after Hasina's. I don't want to make any assumptions about her character, and I think I can have a much more fluid post if I work off of yours. As for James, he's pretending to be a swabbie, pretty much ignored by everyone but Grintawh (the old man), and carries nothing but a couple knives and a pistol. The rest of his weapons are stashed somewhere.

Mmkay. That sounds good to me. I feel like a failwhale, though. I was going to post, and time just got away from me. Bleh...

I will get it up, but I think if I stop making promises about when it's going to get up, I'll be more likely to get it up at a decent time. I know... it doesn't make any sense, but hey... I don't always make sense. XD

Okay, so, I know this has been super delayed, but I'm sick today, yay! Nothing like being sick to finally get me started on my posts. Undisputed and I are going to be making a collaborative post, so the piratey one may come after Hasina's.

However, Hasina's may take a bit, too, because I thought that Atrorius and I could collaborate on the piece I'm writing ((for the past)) that was how Hasina got onto the Albatross in the first place. Then, I'll work on the squid portion of the post, and it'll be all set. ^^_^^

If you need anything from my character, just let me know. Nothing like a big flashy collab to get the Albatross back on track!

I probably will ask some questions to get the party started, but it may not have to be a collaborative post. We may be able to get away with the good old fashioned end-my-post-where-yours-begins thing or whatever. I'm sure there will be plenty o' time for collaboratin' later. =3

Ugh... I'm soooo sorry! Today has been my first day for myself since Christmas. I had to work eight days in a row, then I hung out all day with a friend who's moving, then I had to work a few more days before my day off today. =3

Anyway, today is finally a day off where my only plans are to read for an hour and to wash all of the dishes.

So, I'm still waiting on Undisputed for my Ramya post, but I realized that I could easily leave the collaboration part where it was left between Artorius and I and just add in the current-events bit, so I can have that one up today.

I'm back and I sent you a reply yesterday Kathryn. Many apologies for my absence, but my internet and phone service are up and running now so I'm back in action!

Okay, here's the deal... I posted the collab for the Pirates that Undisputed and I wrote.

Now, for Hasina's post... I have questions...

1. What is Scrappy's role on the Golden Albatross?

2. At this point, how many of those freaking baby death-squids are left?

3. Wouldn't the Captain have gathered more than three people to the canons? It may only take one person to prep and shoot a canon, but more people would be needed to protect the canon shooters from those tiny ((by comparison to its parent)) squids.

4. Are the three that were gathered NPC's, or was that meant to have been the PC's that are manning the canons?

I don't know that I can answer any of those questions...but my guess would be that scrappy is another swabbie, like James was posing as. As for the baby squids, there are as many left as we feel like writing about, my guess. I think it would be fair to ask everyone to post twice of the battle, perhaps letting Artorius write the finisher. The last two questions are for Artorius.

Now, on to my own question. I'm going to write up a post where Dyna is listening to tidbits of info that she hears from Fasar's crew, something about the captain being cursed and Mary Alice. Just slips of information, nothing concrete. At the end of my post I'd like her to have an altercation with...someone. At this point, I don't care if it's Ramya, Bors, or the Captain he'self. So, who wants to collab?

If it's an altercation of words, I'll volunteer the captain or, if you prefer, everyone's favorite First Mate, Mary Alice Cordelia.

OMG! I can totally see Mary Alice and Dyna getting into it. XD

Ugh......this is not going to turn out well for Bors, with those two talking >_<

I would offer up Ramya for the fight, but she won't physically fight Dyna now that she knows she's pregnant. She's too superstitious, and if the baby dies due to the altercation, she would be too afraid that she'd be screwed.

She may attempt to restrain Dyna if she feels it's necessary and if she could do it safely, but yeah...

For the moment, in all the chaos, yes there were only three men gathered. However, you're free to add or subtract crew from that total. Additionally, there are very few baby squids left and the momma is starting to wear down.

As for Scrappy's role- he is basically captain Alphonsus' personal lackey. He does what he orders when he orders it. No questions asked. And he serves as comic relief.

Seems like the vote is for Mary Alice. Yes, I was hoping an altercation of words, maybe even an escape attempt, but if that is too much I can scrap that.

GC, will be collaborating with you when I find the time.

So who is posting next for Fasar's Hoard? The Golden Albatross? I know we haven't had much of a posting order because of all of these collab posts. I can post on the Albatross if no one else wants to, but someone else is going to have to post next on the Hoard.
