Um. Yes? What you just described is your typical apocalyptic RP. I can't say with any degree of certainty whether I'll be remotely interested based just off of that info, and I suspect I'm not the only one in that boat.

There are 54 subjects in Project: Havoc, and five of them are going to escape.

These 54 subjects are all capable of using some form of kinetic manipulation. Some share similar abilities while others find themselves with more unique forms of kinesis.

I enjoy throwing universal laws of physics into fantasy/sci-fi genres whenever possible, so each form of kinesis has terrifying potential while at the same time suffering from naturally occurring weaknesses.

It is also not uncommon for a Subject to develop some form of mental disorder brought on by the trauma of their upbringing.

I have more specific info on this should it garner enough interest to start an ooc page.

Optional character selections in this Rp range from one of the Five, to one of the ex-military Handlers charged with recapturing them, to a civilian that finds themselves caught up in the escape.

i show interest for this but how much experiance would i need to participate in this rp ?

Well, without more interest I'll have to go back to the drawing boards on this one. This concept is solid, the pitch just needs work.
