Requesting Readers/Editors

Hey folks. I've had a novel in the works for quite some time now, and I want to get back into it, but I've had a milestone that I need to get over, and a good portion of it has to do with getting feedback on it. If anyone would be available to read it, and should they find themselves capable, edit, it would be much appreciated.

It's a 42~ or so page (8.5 x 11 in.) manuscript that comprises three chapters. The writing is heavy and dense, in a fiction world, drawing largely from Norse mythos. I mention that for sake of interest but also as a word of warning. Feel free to check out some of my writing in Casual RPs, Ricochet, to get a feel for what I mean.

I can't send it at the moment, but I will by the end of this weekend at latest for sure.

Personally, I'd prefer it just be folks from this website that I can have a working understanding of their personalities. Though if you can make a case for someone, I'd be more than happy to listen and consider it honestly.

I got six pages done and my plan is to proof read six pages a day. At this rate I should be done by Friday. I have almost tore my hair out with analyzing the grammar for your style (epic verse) by the second page. Instead, I am just reading carefully, and abandoning total correctness for the style.

Hah. I'm not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing. It's dense, as I said, and there's a lot of word play and inference, so yeah, I could see that being troublesome. Just do what you can and I'll be more than happy.
