Charlie's New Design

FOG's mascot, Charlie the Ghost, has been completely redesigned to better suit the role-playing setting here, Footsteps of Ghosts In Caligo. His background history still has to be rewritten to fit in as well, but that is one of the next things on my to do list.

I only now just realized that today is the 1st of the month (when I signed the drawing), which means I completely forgot about the Monthly Features. I know that there is no strict rule in releasing the Monthly Features on the 1st of each month, and that they only just come out around the beginning of each month, but I'd like to have them out on the 1st, if possible. So, I apologize for that, and I hope that we will be releasing July's Monthly Features tomorrow.

There are 3 different versions of the drawing that I did. Let me know which one you think we should use here.

I hope you guys like his new design! It took me quite a long time in Photoshop, and I learned some new techniques.

My favorite out of those three is the transparent one. I think Charlie looks awesome!

I like it. It seems to fit Caligo a lot better. You're an extremely talented artist, Fate.

My favorite is the last one, but the transparent one is really good, too, considering he's a ghost.

I see how the transparent one would be cool since he's a ghost, but lowering the opacity kind of ruins the image for me a bit. If he wasn't a ghost, I'd definitely say the first one is my favorite. Since he is a ghost, I think the third one is the best choice

I liked the transparent one as well. Just seemed more appealing.

Especially as I personally can't really see the blue on the third one making it seem exactly like the first one.

The transparent one just has more...pizazz!

All three of them are great, but for it's purpose I'd have to say the third one is the best. Terrific job on all of them though, Fate! I wish I had the photoshop skills that you do.

From the sounds of it, the first one is out, which I agree with. For our purposes, the original just doesn't fit the ghostly image.

I like both the blue and the transparent one, so I'm going to wait to hear more from others. I think the transparent one is really cool, since you obviously get the picture that he's a ghost. The bad thing though is that it kind of takes away from the artwork, since everything is washed out, so on the other hand, the blueish one could work. I am torn lol.

The 2nd one, to me, is the most ghostly looking. The 3rd looks too real, too much "there". I agree with others about the 1st.

However, the cartoon Charlie was more sexy I still prefer him. Although you are an amazing artist.
