Dead Fantasy is a cross-game media project by Monty Oum, combating the girls from Dead or Alive with those from Final Fantasy. The project has been going since early 2007, with part 3 just released hours ago. Parts 4 and 5 are not too far off.

I've seen 1 and 2. As you said, AWESOME!! A whole new level of awesome, really. Puts some awe back in awesome. xD
Is there a way to see #3 online for free somewhere? I don't think it's on YouTube yet.

If that was actually a game, I could get my wife to play it with me!!! Final Fantasy (my favorite) and DOA (her favorite, and only game she will play). Couldn't be a better mix.
