Updated some code

I made some minor changes to the code for the forum.
- Fixed the banner. It should now resize based on the size of your browser window.
- Fixed the drop-down menus. The text should be readable all the time, not just on hover.
- Fixed the Caligo Character Sheet page. The boxes should now be the full width of the space instead of small boxes to the left.
- Fixed the hover color for titles in the profile (and other places). They're no longer black when you hover over them.
The code for this forum is a mess and I have limited access to editing it. Let me know if you notice any other issues, I'll definitely try my best to fix them

Awesome. It's really nice to have a computer programmer working on this site even if you don't actually play here.
