There is a logical answer to this... Ghosts don't eat, so I'd assume they don't use utensils.

Hmmm. Good point, but following logic, wouldn't ghosts not exist at all?

That is why I throw logic to the wind!

Even ghost logic!

Well, it's neither logical nor illogical to believe that humans have souls. If they have souls within their bodily-shells, why couldn't those souls remain on Earth after they leave the shell? It's just not a scientific thought.

Science cannot prove that ghosts exist because the concept of ghosts and souls does not fall into the parameters of science, but neither can science prove that they don't exist. Therefore it would be illogical to assume that ghosts don't exist inasmuch as it would be illogical to assume that something that does fall within scientific parameters doesn't exist simply because science has proven it yet (such as Dark Energy/Matter). Things can exist without our knowing it, or ability to prove it, though, of course, trees don't make a sound when they fall in a forest if no one is around to hear it. That noise is for human ears only, and the rest of the universe falls deaf to such a travesty.

All I wish to hear is the tinkling of ghost utensils on a fine evening with earthshine drinks to go around... in a world beyond thought entirely!

Your thoughts are appreciated, though. If a ghost eats dinner in the woods, is it delicious? The sound of fallen trees is all that's left upon further investigation.

I had a long day and am drinking wine in bed.

Just so you guys know my day job requires me to be totally "with it" so when I get home I'm totally far out weird.

Hence ghost utensils.

I must find them.

You shouldn't double post unless you're trying to revive a thread... There's an edit button for a reason. XD

What I usually do is copy the text of my post, delete that post, then post a new post with the old post and the new information included. That way people still get notifications of my posts. ^^_^^

I dig. I've been using mostly LJ for the past 8 years, where there's no edit function on comments, so I'm a little post-crazy. I will try your technique.
