Nah, all of them would depend on the ghost. It depends on whether they like being dead or not. Also depends on whether they fondly remember their life. Super-cheery ghosts would celebrate both, glum ghosts would celebrate neither, and the death-lovers and life-lovers would celebrate their death days and birth days, respectively.
